The Marsh opened in 1985 when Ruth Stricker worked to pair fitness with mental and spiritual health. For four decades, it has built a reputation for its wellness programs, meeting spaces and natural setting. Stricker’s family donated the center to the Y following her passing in 2020. The Y announced plans to sell the property this past fall.
