Council supports Mills Twinhomes development proposal

At its May 6 meeting, the Minnetonka City Council adopted resolutions and ordinances related to the development project at 3521 Baker Road, 3522 Elm Lane and two unassigned addresses. Mills Church and Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity will construct twin-home units in the northeast quadrant of the Baker Road/Inverness Road intersection. Additionally, city council approved funding for Habitat for Humanity through the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
