Inland Development Partners has submitted a redevelopment proposal for the property at 11800 Wayzata Blvd. The plans suggests removal of the existing office building and construction of 25 rental townhomes. The proposal requires: (1) rezoning from PID to PUD; (2) master development plan; and (3) site and building review.
