Climate Action and Adaptation Plan
Consultation has concluded
The Minnetonka City Council approved the Climate Action and Adaptation plan at it's April 22 meeting.
Minnetonka's climate action and adaptation plan, or CAAP, is a plan that provides strategies for how our community can reduce our greenhouse gas emissions and adapt to our changing climate. It will also produce goals that our community aims to meet by certain years.

Review the plan in the document section to the right along with the other documents that the city's consultant used to help draft the plan.
This plan is the product of community comment and input from residents and staff at:
- An open house event
- Focus groups
- Through a survey on Minnetonka Matters
- At numerous pop-up events in the community
Next steps
Review the Climate Action and Adaptation Plan Draft Plan and leave your feedback in the Comment section. These comments will be presented to council at an upcoming study session in February.
